Data we collect
When you request the brochure we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, your language, the page you submitted from and the time of your request. If you answer the optional follow-up questions we also collect your budget range, preferred apartment type and purchase timeline. We do not ask for special categories of personal data.
Why we use your data
We use this data to send you the brochure, prices and available apartments, to have a sales adviser contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about Wyndham Portocolom, and to keep a record of your enquiry.
Lawful basis
We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box on the form, and to take steps at your request before a possible purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep records of enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives your data
Form data is sent by email through our email delivery provider, Resend, to our customer relationship management (CRM) system operated by Inmobalia, where our sales advisers handle your enquiry. The website is hosted by Vercel. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) processes usage data about your visit. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. How long we keep it
